How to Generate & Email Contribution Statements
1. Navigate to your manager dashboard and click on the Donors tab in the menu on the left.
2. Click Contribution Statement at the top of the screen, which pulls up the Donor Contribution Report window.
3. Complete the Start Date and End Date fields.
4. Select the Transaction Type from the dropdown menu. Transaction Type specifies giving channel (text, online, etc.) and payment type (card or ACH).
5. If you’d like to email the giver a copy of their contribution report, select the checkbox by ☑️ Email report to donors.
6. Scroll down to the Member section to select which givers need contribution reports generated. You can Select All or select specific givers.
7. Click Generate Report!
8. The requested reports will appear on the right side of your screen. For a detailed view of each individual report, click the plus sign next to the giver’s name.
